Apple to open first store in Pune on September 4 at Koregaon Park

Just ahead of the iPhone 17 series launch, Apple has officially announced that it will open its first official retail store in Pune on September 4. The new store, named Apple Koregaon Park, will be Apple’s fourth retail store in India. The store’s barricade was unveiled earlier today and features artwork inspired by India’s national bird, the peacock, which represents pride and cultural heritage. This announcement follows a similar one in Bengaluru last week, showing Apple’s simultaneous focus on both cities.

Visitors to Apple Koregaon Park will be able to explore the latest Apple products, receive hands-on assistance from Specialists, Creatives, and Geniuses, and access dedicated business support. The store will also host Today at Apple sessions, which are free educational workshops in photography, music, art, and coding that will help customers get the most out of their Apple devices.

The launch also complements Apple’s growing digital services in India, such as Shop with a Specialist over Video and the Apple Store app, which were introduced earlier this year to provide customers with more personalised shopping and support options.

Apple Pune store opening timings:

As per the announcement, the Apple Koregaon Park will officially open its doors on Thursday, September 4, at 1 PM IST sharp. However, the details about the spacing and other details remain unknown at the moment.

In the meantime, Apple is expected to announce the iPhone 17 series launch date anytime soon. The new flagship iPhones will be manufactured in India, including assembly for export to the US.
