The PlayStation 5 Pro goes by the codename of Trinity. This device will most likely offer enhanced performance and better features, eventually improving the gaming experience for users. Reports suggest that Sony is currently working closely with developers to make sure that the upcoming PS5 Pro offers seamless compatibility.

What hardware improvements could PlayStation 5 Pro see?
The upcoming PS5 Pro will probably see hardware upgrades, to deliver what it promises. We might get to see a more stronger GPU, alongside a faster CPU for a highly improved performance. This will deliver 45% faster GPU rendering speeds when compared to the current PlayStation 5. Even though the CPU will remain the same, it offers a higher clock speed of 3.85GHz, which is 10% higher than PS5, according to developer documents.
Developers will also have the option to choose between the standard mode (3.5GHz) or the high CPU frequency mode (3.85GHz). Speaking of the memory, the PS5 Pro’s memory is said to run at 576GB/s, which is a 28% increase from the 448GB/s on the vanilla PS5.

To tick mark all the boxes before it finally launches the PS5 Pro, Sony is asking developers to come ahead and test the capabilities of the PS5 Pro. It is asking them to use features such as ‘Ray Tracing’ on their games with the PS5 Pro. Sony will call these games “Trinity Enhanced” if they offer “significant enhancements.”
