In this part of the story, Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates travel to the kingdom of Alabasta, where the country is facing serious political tensions. A key character in this storyline is Nefertari Vivi, the princess of Alabasta, who seeks help from Luffy and his crew to save her homeland. The main villain of the arc is Crocodile, a powerful pirate secretly creating trouble.
