At the Paris premiere of season 4, part 1, showrunner Jess Brownell appeared wearing a suit with two pocket squares that had the letters ‘E’ and ‘F.’ She told Deadline, ‘Both characters with the initials on my pocket squares will get seasons in five [and] six.’ ‘In what order? I can’t say.’
