Snapdeal offers the most efficient delivery experience according to a report by RedSeer Consulting. The report took into consideration parameters such as speed, reliability, and warehousing capabilities and stated that Snapdeal had the fastest delivery time at 3.9 days. These findings were derived from a mystery shopping exercise that was conducted over a period of three months from November 2015 to February 2016. The data was gathered by tracking more that 6000 orders across 25 cities.

Snapdeal, India’s largest online marketplace, has the most efficient delivery experience, as per a mystery shopping report by RedSeer Consulting,largest advisory firm in Indian consumer internet space. As per the report, based on performance of Indian e-tailers on parameters like speed, reliability and warehousing capabilities, Snapdeal tops the list with the fastest delivery time at 3.9 days.

The findings were derived basis an extensive mystery shopping exercise over a period of three months from November 2015 to February 2016. The data was gathered by tracking more than 6000 orders across 25 cities.
Snapdeal has invested $300 million last year to strengthen its logistics and supply chain capabilities. In the past one year, Snapdeal has also added 2 million square feet of warehousing space spread over 25 cities and built 63 fulfilment centers to increase its reach to new geographies.
