Xiaomi announces Mi LED TV 4X Pro 55-inch 4K HDR TV for Rs 39,999 and refreshes 43-inch 4A Pro for Rs 22,999, also launches Mi Soundbar in India for Rs 4,999

The New TVs go on sale on January 15 at 12 noon on mi.com, Mi Home store and Flipkart whereas the soundbar will go on sale on January 16 at 12 noon on mi.com and mi home stores.

Xiaomi has added a new 55-inch TV to its Mi TV portfolio called the Mi TV 4X Pro. The 55-inch TV has a 4K resolution along with support for HDR 10 but no Dolby Vision support. The TV runs on Android TV 8 out of the box along with the company’s custom PatchWall UI overlaying it. Under the hood, the TV is powered by 64-bit Amlogic quad-core chipset with Mali-450 GPU. It has 2GB RAM and 8GB built-in storage. For connectivity you have three HDMI ports one of which is ARC enabled, two USB ports, S/PDIF, and Ethernet port. Sadly the TV does not have a 3.5mm out. It has two 10W down firing speakers. The TV comes with the same remote control we saw on the 49-inch Mi TV 4A Pro. You can read our detailed review of the 49-inch Mi TV here. The 55-inch Mi TV 4X Pro is priced at Rs 39,999 and will go on sale on January 15 12 noon on Flipkart, mi.com and Mi Home Stores. Next up, we have the 43-inch Full HD Mi LED TV 4A Pro. As the name suggest, the 43-inch TV  has a 1080p resolution. It does not support HDR. It also sports the same two 10W speakers as its bigger sibling. Under the hood, the 43-inch TV has the same 64-bit Amlogic quad-core chipset with Mali-450 GPU. It sports 1GB RAM along with 8GB storage. In terms of connectivity, the TV has three HDMI ports one of which is ARC enabled. It also has three  USB ports, S/PDIF port, 3.5mm jack and an ethernet port. The TV also runs on Android TV 8 out of the box and comes with Xiaomi’s PatchWall UI. The 43-inch Mi LED TV 4A Pro is priced at Rs 22,999 and will go on sale on January 15, 12 noon on Flipkart, mi.com and Mi Home Stores.

A new entry in Xiaomi’s product portfolio is the Mi Soundbar. This is a standalone bar without a subwoofer. It has a fabrick grill in the front behind which rest two woofers, two 20mm dome tweeters and four passive radiators. In terms of connectivity options, the soundbar has optical in, SPDIF in, line in, aux in and bluetooth. The soundbar is priced at Rs 4,999 and will go on sale on January 16 at 12 noon on mi.com and Mi Home Stores.
