Xiaomi has added a new 55-inch TV to its Mi TV portfolio called the Mi TV 4X Pro. The 55-inch TV has a 4K resolution along with support for HDR 10 but no Dolby Vision support. The TV runs on Android TV 8 out of the box along with the company’s custom PatchWall UI overlaying it. Under the hood, the TV is powered by 64-bit Amlogic quad-core chipset with Mali-450 GPU. It has 2GB RAM and 8GB built-in storage. For connectivity you have three HDMI ports one of which is ARC enabled, two USB ports, S/PDIF, and Ethernet port. Sadly the TV does not have a 3.5mm out. It has two 10W down firing speakers. The TV comes with the same remote control we saw on the 49-inch Mi TV 4A Pro. You can read our detailed review of the 49-inch Mi TV here. The 55-inch Mi TV 4X Pro is priced at Rs 39,999 and will go on sale on January 15 12 noon on Flipkart, mi.com and Mi Home Stores. Incase you are wondering, the 55-inch Mi LED Smart TV 4 Pro which is 4.9mm thin will still sell for Rs 49,999 in India. You can read our review of the TV here.
