The Vivo Y31t draws its power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, which is manufactured on a 4 nm process. Furthermore, users also get an option of up to 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 internal memory, and it can be expanded via a microSD card. The device runs on OriginOS 6, a skin based on Android 16.
However, the Realme’s 16x model runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core chipset and gets paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage. The users can also expand the memory using a microSD card. On the software front, the smartphone runs Realme UI 7, a skin based on Android 16.

Talking about the camera, the Vivo Y31t comes with a dual-camera setup, including a 50MP main camera with a 2MP secondary lens. For selfies and video calls, it comes with an 8 MP lens at the front.
