Vivo is gearing up to introduce its next generation flagship series in India and other markets anytime soon. For the unversed, both Vivo X300 Pro and X300 have made their China debut with a series of upgrades over Vivo X200 Pro and X200. Just like every year, the fans are eyeing some big upgrades with the Pro variant and that might happen. The Vivo X300 Pro may get a better camera, display, processor and slight tweaks in design.

As per the reports, the Vivo X300 Pro may launch alongside the X300 in late November or early December. However, the company has not confirmed the details yet.

The upcoming Vivo X300 Pro is said to feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED BOE Q10+ display with a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels, 8T LTPO (1–120Hz) adaptive refresh rate, and an eye-searing 4500 nits peak brightness.
Under the hood, the X300 Pro is likely to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and quad-channel UFS 4.1 storage. It may also get an Ice Pulse Fluid VC cooling system to keep thermals in check during demanding workloads. It may ship with a 6,510mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
Speaking of the camera, the smartphone may get a 50MP Sony LYT-828 (OIS) main sensor, a 50MP Samsung S5KJN1 ultra-wide, and a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto lens with OIS. The front camera is tipped to be a 50MP Samsung S5KJN1 sensor with autofocus.
On the software front, the phone is expected to ship with Android 16 based on OriginOS 6, along with features like an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, X-axis linear motor (751440), and Universal Signal Amplification System 3.0 (1+4 chip design) for improved connectivity. Other rumored specs include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, IR blaster, USB 3.2 Gen 1, and kilometre-level network-free communication. The device may carry an IP68/69 rating.

The Vivo X300 Pro is said to be priced at around Rs 99,999 in the Indian market. It may launch in different colours including the Wilderness Brown, Free Blue, Simple White and Pure Black.
