This year, October is going to be a very exciting month for tech enthusiasts. Brands such as Google, Samsung, Oppo, and more are expected to launch their smartphones in October, that too the premium ones! Both Google and Samsung are launching the smartphones on October 4. Google will launch the Pixel 8 series, whereas, Samsung will roll out the Fans Edition model of Samsung Galaxy S23.

Google Pixel 8 series
Google is launching the Pixel 8 series on October 4, including the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. The smartphones will go on pre-order sale on October 5 in India. The brand has teased the smartphones earlier, which revealed the Peony Rose colour of the Pixel 8 and the Porcelain colour of the Pixel 8 Pro.
The Pixel series is expected to launch with a similar design to its predecessor. The smartphones will most likely house a Tensor G3 Chipset. Recently, the Google Pixel 8 Pro appeared on Geekbench listing that revealed the 12GB RAM and Android 14 OS in the smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE
The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE has been anticipated for a long time but the wait is over now. The Galaxy S23 FE will also launch in India on October 4. The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE could feature a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. In India, the smartphone is rumoured to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor paired with a 4500mAh battery. It could boast a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel OIS main camera.
Oppo Find N3 Flip
The Oppo Find N3 Flip debuted in China earlier and is expected to launch in India this month. A known tipster, Mukul Sharma aka stufflistings has posted the Indian launch timeline of the Find N3 Flip on X (formerly Twitter). Oppo could release its foldable smartphone in India on October 12 or around this date.
Vivo V29 series
Vivo has also confirmed the launch date of the V29 series. The V29 series is also going live on October 4 in India. The Vivo V29 series is speculated to include two models; the standard model and the Pro model. Both of them are said to be priced under ₹40,000. The smartphones are expected to feature a Smart Aura Light on the back that can change colours. Apart from that, the Vivo V29 lineup could boast a curved display, 80-watt fast charging support, Snapdragon 778G processor, and more.

OnePlus Open
Yes, OnePlus’ first foldable smartphone is also expected to debut this month. However, OnePlus has not revealed much about the smartphone. Even the name “OnePlus Open” is anticipated for now. But the Chinese brand has confirmed the foldable smartphone. In a Press Release, OnePlus talked about the signature ‘Alert Slider’ in its first foldable. Along with that, OnePlus also mentioned that the hinge of the OnePlus Open will be 37% smaller than the Oppo Find N2.
