The Tecno Phantom V Fold launch happened in India in the first half of April. After that the pre-order for the phone started on April 22nd, 2023 on Amazon. But soon after the company announced that the device was sold out. 

But seeing the amazing hype and demand for the device Tecno announced that to increase production at the Noida factory. As a result of which the Tecno Phantom Fold V is available for pre-booking from 10AM everyday till April 27th, 2023.

Tecno has already started pre-booking for the phone through Amazon. But eventually, it has plans of bringing the phone to the retail stores in a full fledged manner from April 28th, 2023.

The phone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900+SoC

Phantom V Fold features a 6.42-inch FHD accompanied by dual 10Hz-120Hz LTPO outer AMOLED display. 

This smartphone comes with a RAM of 125GB, but has two variants based on storage. First, 256GB and second, 512GB.

Phantom V Fold is compatible with Android 13 OS.

This phone comes with a triple lens rear camera. First, a 50MP primary sensor of f/1.8 aperture, second a 13Mp ultra wide angle lens and third, a 50Mp 2x portrait lens. Along with that comes a 32MP front camera. 

Talking about connectivity, it has 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTR, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/GLONASS, Type-C charging portal and NFC. 

The Tecno Smartphone comes with a 5000mAh battery and a 45W fast charger. 

Except for the main display, there is a 7.65-inch 2K 10-120Hz LTPO AMOLED foldable display with a resolution of 2296×2000 pixels.

It also comes with an ultra-flat main screen, accompanied by dual-high brightness and colour accuracy.
