Sony Xperia M4 Aqua launched in India for Rs. 24,990

Sony has officially launched its Xperia M4 Aqua smartphone in India. Priced at Rs. 24,990, the smartphone is available in the market starting today. The company also announced the Xperia C4, selfie-smartphone, in India. Price of the C4 hasn't been revealed yet. The phone will go on sale in the Indian market by next month.

The Sony Xperia M4 Aqua comes with water and dust resistance ( (IP65 and IP68 certification). The smartphone has a 5-inch 720p display. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor along with 2GB RAM. The smartphone comes with 13MP rear camera with with auto focus and 5MP front facing camera. It has 8GB of ROM. The smartphone is powered by a 2400 mAh battery. Connectivity options include aGPS, Bluetooth 4.1, 3.5 mm audio jack (CTIA), DLNA Certified, NFC, GLONASS,Miracast, Native USB tethering, USB High speed 2.0 and Micro USB support, Wi-Fi and WiFi Hotspot functionality.

The Sony Xperia C4 has a 5.5 inch 1080p display. The smartphone has a 13MP rear camera and comes with 5MP front camera. It has 16GB ROM, expandable 128GB. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6752 coupled with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone is powered by a 2600 mAh battery. Connectivity options include aGPS, Bluetooth 4.1, 3.5 mm audio jack, NFC, Miracast, Micro USB support, Wi-Fi and WiFi Hotspot functionality.
The Sony Xperia C4 is successor to the popular Xperia C3 smartphone, which features 5.5-inch 1280 x 720 display which is powered by Snapdragon 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Quad-core processor. The phone has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which can be extended via a microSD card upto 32GB.
