Snapdragon India has confirmed the chipset in the POCO F5.
This chipset will make its debut in India with the POCO F5.
A 6.7-inch OLED display is rumoured to be equipped with POCO F5.
POCO is planning to launch its new mid-range smartphone series in India which is POCO F5. The POCO F5 series will reportedly include two smartphones; POCO F5 and F5 Pro. The specifications of the smartphones are not out yet but big news has been confirmed.
SurveySnapdragon India has confirmed the chipset in the POCO F5, now we are not sure whether it is the POCO F5 series or just POCO F5. However, according to the tweet, the POCO F5 will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor. This chipset will make its debut in India with the POCO F5 which means this will be the first smartphone to roll out in India with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2.
Other specifications of the POCO F5 are not out yet but some tipsters suggested the specs recently. The leaks also suggested that the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 could be found in the smartphone before it was official. According to that, these leaks could be authentic, let’s have a look at them.
POCO F5 specifications
A 6.7-inch OLED display is rumoured to be equipped in POCO F5 with FHD+ resolution. This display could support 12-bit colours and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Along with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor, the mid-range smartphone could launch with LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 and most likely run on the Android 13 operating system.
There could be a 64-megapixel primary camera boasted in the POCO F5 along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel either macro or depth sensor. You might get a 16-megapixel front-facing camera in the smartphone.
It is also rumoured that the Poco F5 will be packed with a 5000mAh battery with 67-watt fast charging support.
