Samsung is likely preparing to unveil its next foldable smartphones: the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. While the company hasn’t made anything official yet, leaks and reports have given us a glimpse into what’s coming. Both foldables are expected to be launched at Samsung’s next Unpacked event, likely scheduled for July 2025. If the rumours turn out to be true, this event could be extra special, as Samsung may also introduce its very first tri-fold smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 specs and price (Expected)
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is likely to feature an 8.2-inch inner AMOLED display and a 6.5-inch outer AMOLED display. Under the hood, this foldable phone is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
For photography, the Fold 7 is said to house a 200MP main rear camera, supported by a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 10MP telephoto sensor. For selfies and video calls, there could be a 10MP, 4MP front-facing camera. Furthermore, the device will likely be backed by a 4,400mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to feature a 4-inch outer display and a 6.7-inch inner display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is likely to be powered by either the Snapdragon 8 Elite or Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chipset. The phone is rumoured to offer 12GB RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Furthermore, it could pack a 4,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
In terms of optics, the Flip 7 is expected to feature a 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, users could see a 10MP selfie camera.
As far as the pricing is concerned, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to be priced at around Rs 1,09,999 in India.
