The Samsung A52 India launch could take place soon according to a known tipster. Debayan Roy @Gadgetsdata revealed the upcoming Samsung A52 5G India launch information on Twitter. Only a few days ago Samsung went live with the support page for the A52 5G in India on its official website. Furthermore, the Samsung A52 5G also made an appearance on the BIS certification platform and Geekbench.

An official Samsung poster suggests an impending launch but no information on a specific date is available as of yet. Samsung A52 5G is an upgrade over the vanilla Samsung A52, in terms of hardware. The new Samsung A52 5G specs include a 6.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED 120Hz display with a 32MP punch-hole selfie camera setup. The upcoming Samsung smartphone features a 64 MP quad-camera setup at the rear including a 5MP macro, 2 MP depth sensor and a 12 MP ultrawide lens.

Samsung A52 5G also gets a relatively more powerful Snapdragon 778G SoC compared to the 720G chipset in the vanilla version. Additionally, the new A52 5G comes with 8GB RAM and either a 128 or 256 GB storage option. However, both smartphones come with 4,500 mAh of battery with 25W fast charging support. 

In terms of design, the new Samsung A52 5G resembles the previous version featuring a polycarbonate back panel with a small bump for the camera array. For enhanced security, it also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
