Realme X2 Pro India launch set for December, confirms company CEO

Madhav Sheth has confirmed that Realme X2 Pro will be launched in India in December.

Realme X2 Pro will come with 90Hz display.

It will also have support for 50W SuperVOOC Flash Charge technology.

The Realme X2 Pro will be launched on October 15 in Spain. However, it will also be introduced in the Chinese market simultaneously. Previous teasers have revealed that the smartphone will support 50W SuperVOOC Flash Charge technology. It is the company’s first proper flagship smartphone. Now, Realme CEO Madhav Sheth has confirmed that the upcoming smartphone will be launched in India in December.

Sheth took to Twitter to announce that Realme will be bringing the Realme X2 Pro to India in December. He has also confirmed that the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset. Further, the 90Hz display has also been confirmed by Sheth. Earlier, a senior Realme executive shared an official image of the Realme X2 Pro on Weibo. Moreover, there will also be a Master Edition of the Realme X2.

The official render posted by Chief Marketing Officer, Xu Qi Chase gives us our first look at the Realme X2 Pro. It shows the phone's gradient blue design on its rear panel and the quad rear camera setup. 

The Realme X2 is said to feature a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) AMOLED display. It will have a 90Hz screen. The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 855+ chipset. It may come with 6GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. It could pack a 3900mAh battery that will support 50W SuperVOOC Flash Charge technology.

On the optics front, the Realme X2 Pro will sport a quad rear camera setup. It may have a 64MP primary camera + a 13MP sensor + an 8MP camera + a 2MP lens. In may come with a 16MP selfie shooter in addition. The smartphone will also come equipped with dual stereo speakers and have Dolby Atmos audio support.

Previously, Realme X2 Pro was reportedly spotted on TENAA. According to that, the smartphone will weigh 199 grams. Further, it is rumoured to be priced at CNY 3,000, which converts to Rs 30,000 approx.
