The Realme P4s Lite joins the P4 lineup, which currently has the standard Realme P4, the Realme P4 Power and the Realme P4s. The device becomes a direct competitor to Vivo’s T5x and iQOO’s Z11x, which were launched earlier this year. While all the smartphones may look similar at first glance, they were designed to cater to different audiences. Realme P4s Lite features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The company also claims that the display can reach a peak brightness of up to 900 nits when used outdoors. To keep the screen protected, the makers have also installed Panda MN228 glass protection.
The Vivo T5x comes equipped with a 6.76-inch FHD+ LCD. The users also get a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1200 nits HBM peak brightness with the device. The device also bags IP68 and IP69+ certifications, ensuring that it is protected against water and dust.
In comparison, the iQOO Z11x sports a 6.76-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also supports Full HD+ resolution, 1,200 nits peak brightness and IP68 and IP69+ ratings for dust and water protection.

Under the hood, Realme powers its P4s Lite with the Unisoc T7250 chipset, which is further paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage options. The device will run on ColorOS.
On the other hand, the Vivo T5x comes packed with a MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo chipset. Users can also choose from up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage options. Out of the box, the smartphone runs on OriginOS 6, a skin based on Android 16.
The iQOO Z11x comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo SoC clubbed with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. The device also supports a hybrid microSD slot. The handset is shipped with Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
Note: Realme P4s Lite is a 4G device while both Vivo T5x and iQOO Z11x supports 5G.

In terms of power, the Realme P4s Lite packs a 7000mAh cell paired with 15W fast charging support. The Vivo T5x features a 7,200mAh battery with 44W wired charging and reverse charging support, while the iQOO Z11x houses a 7,200mAh battery with 44W fast charging.

Talking about the camera, the Realme P4s Lite sports a 13MP camera at the back. It also houses a 5MP camera at the front that can be used for selfies and video calls. Whereas the Vivo T5x comes equipped with a dual camera setup at the back, including a 50MP main sensor with a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, the device comes with a 32MP sensor at the front. The iQOO Z11x comes with a 50MP main camera and a 2MP bokeh sensor. Furthermore, it also houses a 32MP selfie shooter.
