The Oppo Find X9s comes with a 6.59-inch ProXDR AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,600 nits peak brightness. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor, which is paired with a 7,025 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

In terms of optics, the Find X9s houses a triple 50MP Hasselblad-tuned rear camera setup, which includes a Sony LYT-700 primary lens, a 3x periscope telephoto lens and an ultra-wide lens.
