Nokia has officially introduced two new feature phones in India, the Nokia X3-02 and C3-01, both a part of the ‘Touch and Type’ range, which combine a hardware keypad with a touchscreen. The Nokia X3-02 is priced at Rs. 8,839, while the Nokia C3-01 retails for Rs. 9,389.
Nokia believes it is giving consumers the “best of both worlds” with these phones, which with their design allows for fast input with a keypad for text messaging and chat, as well as the precise and functional touch control required for browsing web-pages and consuming media.
[RELATED_ARTICLE]Both Symbian Series 40 (6th Edition) phones have 2.4-inch (320×240 pixel and 256K colour) screens, are quad-band 3G-capable, and bear 5MP cameras with 4X digital zoom. Only the Nokia C3-01 has LED flash though. Other features include native social networking apps like Facebook and MySpace, stereo FM radio with RDS, as well as Wi-Fi b/g/n connectivity. The phones also bring the slightly higher-end functionality of USB on-the-go.
