Motorola announced its flagship Signature 27 at the Snapdragon Summit 2026. And soon after a global showcase, the company is preparing to launch the device in India. Motorola’s India website now has a dedicated microsite for the smartphone, alongside the Motorola Signature in its “Signature” series.
SurveyFor context, the company confirmed at the Qualcomm event that the device will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6. The company has positioned the flagship as the “second generation of the Motorola Signature family”, which implies the handset will succeed the current Motorola Signature. Motorola Signature 27 specifications (expected)
The Signature 27 is expected to offer a 6.8-inch 165Hz AMOLED screen. Under the hood, the phone will sport the flagship 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 Mobile Platform and Motorola’s ArcticMesh cooling system for improved thermals. Like the previous Signature, the phone will likely get wireless charging and an IP69 rating.
Besides running on Hello UI’s latest version, the device will offer seven years of major OS updates. Moving to the expected AI features, the device is expected to offer Gemini Omni, a Lyria sound-generation engine and a video enhancer. The handset will be the company’s first smartphone to offer a Bang & Olufsen-tuned speaker system.
While details on ultrawide and a second telephoto sensor are missing, it is confirmed to offer a 50MP Sony LYTIA 910 OIS main sensor and a 200MP periscope lens. According to reports, the phone may get a 6,000mAh battery. Moreover, a poster of the phone was spotted by X user @SavageAryan007 in a phone store. This further cements the launch possibilities of the device in India soon.

Moto Signature 27 could sit in the sub-Rs 80,000-Rs 90,000 price range in India. The Signature 27 will debut in two colour options: PANTONE Coal Smoke and Capulet Olive. The company has confirmed the global availability of the Signature 27 this year.
