When the phone is wrapped around the wrist, the display adapts accordingly, with apps shifting to the top of the screen.

The representative emphasised that the phone is “contextually aware,” adjusting its interface based on its bending position.

The bending mechanism was described by the Motorola representative as the workings of the human spine.

In one demonstration, the representative used the phone to capture an image of a dress. Subsequently, the phone autonomously generated a complementary background for the outfit. This background could then be applied to the device, transforming it into a stylish fashion accessory when worn by the user.

Lenovo and Motorola are renowned for showcasing prototypes of innovative devices. At MWC 2024, Lenovo unveiled a futuristic proof of concept laptop – the ThinkBook Transparent Display Laptop Concept. The Lenovo ThinkBook Transparent Display Laptop Concept features a 17.3-inch Micro-LED transparent display, offering a completely borderless and see-through display experience.

Similarly, last year, Motorola captured attention by showcasing a smartphone prototype boasting a screen that rolled up.
