In a build up to the rumors surrounding the upcoming Microsoft Lumia 950 and 950 XL devices, a Chinese forum has posted photos of the Lumia 950 XL prototype. The photos show the Lumia 950 XL in a Black colored protective case a USB-Type C port.

The highly anticipated Lumia 950 and 950 XL, dubbed Talkman and Cityman, are expected to launch in late September or October this year at a separate event in New York City. The leaked photos show that the Lumia 950 XL prototype is running Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview  and has 3 GB RAM.

The other expected specs of the device are 5.7" WQHD OLED display, Snapdragon 810 SoC 64-bit Octa-core processor, 32GB ROM, 20MP PureView rear camera with triple LED flash, 5MP wide-angle front camera, 3300 mAh battery, integrated Qi wireless charging, and an iris scanner (infrared) for Windows Hello. As for Lumia 950, which is the compact version of 950 XL, it is expected to have 5.2" WQHD OLED display, Snapdragon 808 64-bit Hexa core, 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM, 20MP PureView front camera, 5MP front camer, 3000mAh battery, Iris scanner (infrared), and Qi wireless charging with flip cover.
