iQOO is reportedly gearing up to expand its Neo lineup with the launch of the iQOO Neo 11 and iQOO Neo 11 Pro later this year. If the company follows its usual pattern, the smartphones will first debut in China towards the end of 2025, followed by a launch in India in 2026. While the brand has not confirmed any details, fresh leaks suggest that the upcoming Neo series will bring notable hardware upgrades over the iQOO Neo 10 and Neo 10R.

iQOO Neo 11 Series launch timeline (Expected)
According to industry reports, the iQOO Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro could go official in China around November or December 2025. For the unversed, the Neo 10 series was introduced in November 2024 in the Chinese market and later launched in India in May 2025. If the company sticks to its past year’s trend, the Neo 11 series will arrive in the first half of 2026. However, iQOO has not officially announced any launch dates yet.

iQOO Neo 11 Series specs (Expected)
The leaks point towards two different flagship processors powering the Neo 11 duo. The standard iQOO Neo 11 is said to feature Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, while MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 SoC could power the Neo 11 Pro. Both are high-end processors with high performance, particularly for gaming and multitasking.
Battery and charging could also get a significant boost. Reports suggest that both models may pack a massive 7,000mAh+ battery with support for 100W fast charging.
On the display front, the iQOO Neo 11 may sport a flat 1.5K OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Neo 11 Pro could step up to a sharper 2K OLED screen. Camera upgrades are also expected, with a 50MP primary sensor featuring optical image stabilisation (OIS). Other tipped features include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a durable metal frame, and Android 16-based Funtouch OS 16 out of the box.
