A 2000mAh battery provides juice to the phone and Intex claims that the battery can power the phone for 7 hours of talk-time and for a standby time of 220 hours. Connectivity options include: Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi Hotspot and 3G/EDGE/WAP.

Intex also underlined that it has added 15 apps to the phone and these apps come pre-installed on the Aqua i7. One interesting app on the phone is “Matrabhasha” which lets you use the phone in 21 different Indian languages. Apart from bundled apps, Intex has heavily customised the user interface of this phone and has come up with an interactive 3D home screen which lets you open apps such as the music app, the camera app or the gallery by tapping on a 3D representation of these apps.

The phone will come in white and black with a bundled flip cover, a screen scratch guard and will soon be available at a best buy price of Rs.21,900.
