The HTC U12 will reportedly sport an all glass build with no 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone is also tipped to come with a dual-rear camera setup.

HTC’s next flagship smartphone may have been spotted online. According to a report by GizmoChina, the phone may be called the HTC U12 and may adopt a 4K display along with a bezel-less design, similar to the Apple iPhone X. The upcoming smartphone could also feature an all-glass body, which may enable wireless charging. The company is also expected to stick to its decision to not offer a 3.5mm audio jack. However,   the new phone may adopt a dual rear camera setup, which the company's current flagship smartphone (HTC U11) doesn't have.

The HTC U11 was announced by the company in November alongside the HTC U11 Plus. The latter is the company’s first smartphone to sport a thin-bezel design with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It features a 6-inch IPS LCD display with a QHD+ resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels.

The HTC U11 Plus is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC and comes in 4GB and 6GB RAM variants with options for 64GB and 128GB internal storage respectively. It sports a 12MP main camera with Ultrapixel 3 technology, f/1.7 aperture lens and dual-pixel autofocus. It also comes with an 8MP front-facing camera. The device runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box and comes with the company's Edge Sense feature. The smartphone is backed by a 3930mAh battery and is IP68 water and dust resistant.

HTC also launched the HTC U11 Life alongside the U11 Plus. The U11 Life is a smaller variant of the company's flagship device and comes in two variants: one running on Android One and another with the HTC's Sense UI, which based on Android Nougat. The smartphone features a 5.2-inch LCD display and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 630 octa-core chipset coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. It is also available in a 4GB RAM/64GB configuration. The smartphone features a 16MP sensor on both the front and rear cameras with f/2.0 aperture lens, and packs a 2600mAh battery.
