Huawei is all set to launch its Honor 9N in India at an event scheduled for 11:30am today. The company has already announced that the device is a Flipkart exclusive and it will come with a ‘Notch FullView’ display. It is rumoured that the recently launched 2018 Honor 9i is being rebranded as the Honor 9N in India. An earlier tweet by the company also hinted at the same as the posted video revealed a Blue-coloured phone with a dual-camera setup and a fingerprint sensor at the back. The event is being live streamed via the company’s official Indian YouTube channel, but you can watch it right here from the video embedded below.

Honor 9N Specs : Honor has also revealed that the smartphone will feature a glass body design, which is again similar to the 2018 Honor 9i. Additionally, if the Honor 9N is the Indian variant of the 2018 Honor 9i, it is expected to come with similar hardware. The Honor 9N could be powered by the company’s octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 659 SoC, coupled with 4GB of RAM and come in three internal storage variants of 32GB, 64GB and 128GB. The smartphone could also be equipped with GPU Turbo Tech, which is a hardware-software integration that the company claims can deliver faster performance while reducing power consumption.

The smartphone could be equipped with a 5.84-inch Full HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. As mentioned earlier, the thin-bezel display comes with a notch on top. In terms of optics, the smartphone is expected to feature a 13MP+2MP dual-rear sensor configuration. On the front, it could sport a 16MP sensor and might be powered by a 3000mAh battery.

After today’s launch, Huawei will launch its Nova 3 and Nova 3i in India on July 26. The device was announced to be launched in India by the end of this month.
