Asus had launched its Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro and the Selfie 4 last month in India and now, the company has listed a new smartphone under its Zenfone 4 series. Asus’s Philippines website lists the Zenfone Selfie 4 Lite, which seems to be a watered down version of the Zenfone 4 Selfie. The website did not mention the device’s pricing but it is expected to be priced around $156 (Rs 10,200 approx, directly converted). The smartphone is displayed in Deepsea Black, Mint Green, Rose Pink and Sunlight Gold colour variants.

The Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite is seen sporting a 5.5-inch IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 platform with Adreno 308 GPU. The Selfie Lite comes with 2GB of RAM and is listed in 16GB and 32GB variants storage, which can be expanded till  2TB via a microSD card. It also sports a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button.

In terms of optics, the Selfie Lite sports a 13MP rear camera with an LED flash and PDAF support. It also comes with a 13MP front facing camera with F2.0 aperture and a soft light LED flash. The rear camera features beauty mode, portrait mode and is capable of recording 1080p videos.

In terms of connectivity, the Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite features Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi direct, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and is 4G enabled. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery and sports a micro-USB port for charging. Sensors on the smartphone include - E-Compass, Gyroscope, Proximity sensor, Accelerator and an Ambient light sensor.
