Google has confirmed that the Pixel 10a will be available for pre-orders starting February 18, while reports suggest Apple may unveil the iPhone 17e just a day later on February 19. Both devices are expected to focus on users who want to experience ecosystem perks without spending flagship-level money. While they may not offer every premium feature found in top-end models, they are likely to deliver a balanced experience at a relatively more affordable price. The Google Pixel 10a is expected to come with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness. The iPhone 17e, on the other hand, could feature a slightly smaller 6.1-inch OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate.
When it comes to battery, the Pixel 10a is said to pack a large 5,100mAh battery with 23W fast charging support. Meanwhile, the iPhone 17e is likely to be backed by a 4,005mAh battery. It may support MagSafe and offer wireless charging speeds of up to 25W.

Apple iPhone 17e vs Google Pixel 10a: Camera and performance
For photography, the Pixel 10a is expected to feature a 48MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, it may have a 13MP selfie camera. On the other hand, the iPhone 17e is rumoured to come with a single 48MP rear camera with OIS, along with an 18MP front-facing camera.
In terms of performance, the Pixel 10a is likely to run on Google’s Tensor G4 chip, paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The iPhone 17e could be powered by Apple’s A19 chip built on a 3nm process, along with 8GB RAM and storage options up to 512GB.

As per leaks, the Google Pixel 10a may start at around Rs 49,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model, while the 256GB version could cost about Rs 69,000.
On the other hand, the iPhone 17e is expected to start at Rs 64,990 for the 128GB storage variant. The 256GB model may cost Rs 69,990, and the 512GB variant could be priced at Rs 74,990.
