The Xiaomi Pad 7 will succeed the Xiaomi Pad 6. The Indian version of the Xiaomi Pad 7 is likely to feature similar specifications to its Chinese counterpart, making it a strong contender in the mid-range tablet market.

Xiaomi Pad 7 expected specifications and features

The Chinese variant of the Xiaomi Pad 7 comes with an 11.2-inch LCD screen that boasts a 3.2K resolution (2,136×3,200 pixels). It offers a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 800 nits of brightness.

Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor. It runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, based on Android 15.

For photography, the Xiaomi Pad 7 is equipped with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera for video calls and selfies. Furthermore, it packs an 8,850mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging.

Xiaomi Pad 7 expected price

In China, the Xiaomi Pad 7 is priced starting at CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs. 23,500) for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 8GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 2,299 (around Rs. 26,800), while the top-end 12GB + 256GB version is priced at CNY 2,599 (roughly Rs. 30,000). The tablet is available in three colors: black, blue, and green.

The official pricing for India will be revealed closer to the launch date, but it is expected to remain competitive in the mid-range segment.
