PlayStation India has announced the PS5 Console – Cricket 24 Bundle in the country. The bundle packs a PS5 console along with the Cricket 24 gaming simulator, and more. The Cricket 24 will be available from October 5. It is said to be the “most complete video game simulation of Cricket seen to date,” developed by Big Ant Studios. I went to the launch and tried the PS5 Console – Cricket 24 Bundle, and here’s what it felt like.

PS5 Console – Cricket 24 Bundle first impression
This bundle is basically a box of gaming consoles with the Cricket 24 game and other package contents inside it. It includes a PlayStation 5, Cricket 24, Dualsense wireless controller, HDMI cable, AC power cord, and a USB cable.
Talking about the game, the Cricket 24 runs smoothly on the PlayStation 5 and is a fun game with a lot of modes, teams, and much more. The controls are quite easy to learn for a person like me, who is totally new to cricket gaming. Big Ant Studios has made several changes in the Cricket 24 if compared to the Cricket 22.
The developers have used a lot of licenses in this all-new cricket gaming simulator. Now you can also play IPL on Cricket 24, however, it is named as “Indian T20 League” and not the “Indian Premier League”. There are over 50 official stadiums, loads of players, and customisations. It enables you to customise everything from team to bat.

PS5 Console – Cricket 24 Bundle price and availability
The PS5 Console – Cricket 24 Bundle will be available on Amazon, Flipkart, ShopatSC, and offline stores namely, Sony Center, Croma, Reliance, Vijay Sales, and participating retailers from October 8. Interestingly, the console will be available with a launch discount of ₹10,000 for a limited period. You can buy it at a price of ₹47,990 starting from October 8.
