GTA 6 trailer 3 may arrive next month: Here is everything we know

Ever since GTA 6 pre-orders went live, things have been rather quiet. Apart from a few new screenshots and official updates, there has not been much for us to talk about. But that could soon change. According to a new report, Rockstar may finally be ready to release the third trailer for GTA 6. Earlier, many believed the trailer would arrive alongside the start of pre-orders, but that never happened. And now, fresh rumours suggest we could get our next look at the game as early as next month. Here’s everything we know so far.

GTA 6 trailer 3 could be here next month

It all started from an Insider Gaming report which says that Rockstar Games could release the third GTA 6 trailer on or around August 6. Now before you get too excited, there is a catch. The report also mentioned that this is not based on any information, but rather is an educated prediction.

According to the portal, the timing makes sense because Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar’s parent company, is scheduled to hold its next earnings call around the same time. Game publishers often line up major announcements and marketing campaigns with investor presentations, making it a likely window for Rockstar to reveal fresh footage from GTA 6. 

What can fans expect from trailer 3?

The first two GTA 6 trailers introduced us to the Neon-lit streets and gave us a closer look at protagonists Jason and Lucia. However, there wasn’t much about the actual gameplay.

Now if  the third trailer does arrive next month, it could finally give us all a better look at GTA 6 gameplay. We can hope to see some extended gameplay footage, more of the open world, vehicle customisation, combat mechanics, and perhaps even a glimpse at the next evolution of GTA Online. 

Now as exciting as all of this sounds, it is worth remembering that Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive have not confirmed the existence or release date of a third trailer. For now, the August 6 date is purely based on speculation after looking at Rockstar’s previous marketing strategy.
