Turn 10 Studios has announced Forza Street. The game is a new entry in the Forza franchise but isn’t a part of the mainline Forza Motorsport or Forza Horizon series. The game is available for the PC starting today and will come to mobile devices (Android and iOS) later this year.

The official Xbox website reads, “Forza Street was designed for racing on the go with streamlined controls that focus on timing of gas, brake, and boost as the keys to victory. In Forza Street, new Forza fans and seasoned drivers alike can collect and assemble a legendary lineup of cars to compete in intense, cinematic races. Whether players want to squeeze in a quick one-minute race or get immersed in a story campaign, every race is a chance to earn a performance icon from an ever-growing list of incredible cars, turning your garage into a trophy case.”

One look at the trailer above and you are instantly reminded of Need for Speed Underground, Asphalt 9 and Real Racing. Forza is a well-established brand in the world of racing simulators and it is nice to see the franchise spread its wings and cater to a more casual audience not looking for a real-life racing experience in the virtual world.

As mentioned above the game is available free-of-cost for Windows 10 and those interested can download the game here. The game is a whopping 3.85GB on Windows 10. It will launch later this year for Android and iOS devices.
