According to FilmiBeat, Netflix has bagged the streaming rights of War 2. Although the makers are yet to officially confirm this, it is highly likely that the movie will premiere on Netflix after completing its theatrical run.

Following the usual pattern of big Bollywood releases, War 2 could be available on Netflix by late September or early October 2025.

In War 2, Hrithik Roshan plays Major Kabir Dhaliwal, a once-respected officer who has now turned into one of the most dangerous enemies. His betrayal sets off a relentless manhunt led by Special Units Officer Vikram, played by Jr NTR.

Adding more mystery to the story is Kiara Advani as Kavya Luthra. Her character appears to have strong links to Colonel Sunil Luthra (Ashutosh Rana), a senior RAW officer. War 2 combines big action scenes with emotional depth.
