Produced by The Viral Fever (TVF), the show is created by Deepak Kumar Mishra and Chandan Kumar, with the writing also handled by Chandan Kumar. Direction duties are shared between Deepak Kumar Mishra and Akshat Vijaywargiya.
The familiar and beloved cast returns for another season, including Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy, Sanvikaa, Durgesh Kumar, Sunita Rajwar, and Pankaj Jha.

Panchayat plot
Panchayat tells the story of Abhishek Tripathi, an engineering graduate who, unable to find a better job, reluctantly becomes the secretary of a Panchayat office in the rural village of Phulera, Uttar Pradesh. Struggling with rural life and eccentric villagers, he begins preparing for the CAT exam to find a way out. However, he eventually adapts to his new environment.
With its trademark mix of humour, heart, and rural realism, Panchayat Season 4 is expected to be a memorable ride for both long-time fans and new viewers.
