Adobe has released the new Adobe Express mobile app for Android and iOS in beta with Adobe Firefly generative AI and new mobile editing capabilities that make it even faster to turn creative ideas into standout content on-the-go.

In a blogpost, the company said that the new app is powered by decades of Adobe’s world-class imaging, video and design technologies.

“With Firefly Generative Fill, Text to Image and Text Effects, plus quick and simple video editing features embedded directly into mobile workflows, the Adobe Express mobile app is revolutionising standout content creation for everyone,” the company added.

The new Adobe Express app in beta will make it faster and easier for anyone to make social media posts, posters, flyers and more. It’s also fun! People who work alone can edit videos and schedule their Instagram posts directly from the app. Students can use Text to Image to make cool pictures for school projects, and teachers can make interesting lesson plans to get students more involved.

Small businesses can use Generative Fill to add or remove stuff in photos for better flyers and ads. Creative professionals can accelerate mobile content creation across social marketing teams with brand kits and seamless collaboration. 

If you are a Creative Cloud member, you can easily access, work on and edit creative assets from Photoshop and Illustrator directly within Adobe Express, or add linked files that sync in Adobe Express as they edit in Creative Cloud apps. Subscribers have full access to all premium features in Adobe Express across desktop web and mobile.

Availability

The new Adobe Express mobile app in beta is available for free on Android and iOS devices. During the beta, premium features are available at no cost. Android users can download the app from the Google Play store. Due to Apple’s restrictions on the number of beta users, iOS users can sign up here and Adobe will guide selected participants through the process.
