The Honor 8C is the newest smartphone to come from the company and like its predecessor, the Honor 7C, it aims to offer buyers the best band for their buck. This dedication of Honor towards offering their customers the best value for their money starts from the box itself. Besides the usually things such a the adapter, USB cable and SIM eject tool, the phone also comes with a cover and a screen protector.

As for the phone itself, the Honor 8C is the first smartphone in the world to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 632 mobile platform. It also comes with the large 4000mAh battery, which Honor says is enough to last for two days.

At the back of the phone is a vertically stacked 13MP + 2MP camera with AI support. Honor says that the phone is able to recognise 500 scenarios in 22 categories. At the front is an 8MP unit. The phone supports Face Unlock and Honor claims that it can unlock with just 1LUX of ambient light.

The Honor 8C sports alareg 6.26-inch ‘notched’ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. Honor understands that not everyone is a fan of the notch and gives users the option to hide it. On top of this, the Honor 8C is also among the first phones in its segment to receive TUV Blue Light Certification.
