The vivo U10 is the newest and the most affordable of the trio of smartphones that the company has launched in India in the month of September. However, while the phone may be aimed at the budget market, it still packs quite a few notable features. Here is a quick look at five such features of the vivo U10 smartphone.
Large battery
While the vivo U10 may be 8.93cm thick, the company has managed to pack a large 5000mAH battery. vivo claims that this is more than enough time for the phone to offer 15 hours of social media, 12 hours of YouTube and 7 hours of PUBG Mobile.
Fast charging
Although the vivo U10 has a 5000mAh battery, you won’t have to wait a very long time to top it back up. The phone comes with an 18W fast charger, which the company says can offer 4.5 hours of talk time with a 10 minute charge.
Octa-core performance
The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 665 processor. This is an octa-core chipset features eight Kryo cores and offers a maximum clock speed of 2.0GHz. It is manufactured using an 11nm process and vivo noted that it offers a 10% improvement in performance and 2x better AI performance as compared to its predecessor.
Ultra game mode
vivo has been a pretty big promoter of gaming. The company hosted the recent PUBG Mobile Club Open. The vivo U10 shows of some of its gaming chops via the Ultra Game Mode. This mode lets you enjoy some special features such as 4D vibration, game countdown, voice changer and more.
Three at the back
The vivo U10 also packs a triple-rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP+8MP+2MP setup. This 13MP unit is the standard camera and is used to take your everyday shots. However, if you wish to take landscape shots or group photos, then you can switch to the 8MP unit that features a wide angle lens. The 2MP sensor is used for depth sensing, which helps take bokeh photos.
As one can see, the vivo U10 offers some pretty interesting features for its asking price. The phone is available in three variants. The most affordable variant offers 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and is priced at Rs 8,990, 3GB RAM and 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs 9,990. The top-of-the-line variant offers 4GB RAM and 64GB storage and is priced at Rs 10,990. So buyers can choose one that best suits your needs and requirements.
