Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has been promoting several cheaper recharge plans to attract a large user base. The state-owned telecom provider offers recharge plans starting at as low as Rs 107. If you’re looking for a long-term recharge plan with unlimited calling, data benefits and more, the telco has a Rs 1,999 plan for a validity of one year. Notably, this is the cheapest recharge plan with unlimited calling, data and SMS benefits.

For the unversed, Airtel offers unlimited calling and SMS benefits along with 30GB data for 365 days at Rs 2,249, and Jio’s 365-day recharge plan is priced at Rs 3,599. Check out the BSNL Rs 1,999 plan benefits, validity and other details.

BSNL Rs 1,999 recharge plan comes with unlimited calling, 100 SMS/day and 600GB data for up to 365 days of validity. The plan is available across all BSNL circles in India. This one-time recharge plan eliminates the need for a monthly recharge.

Meanwhile, BSNL announced a Rs 1 prepaid plan as part of its Independence Day celebrations. The plan offers 30 days of unlimited calling, 2GB of high-speed data per day, and 100 free SMS daily for just Rs 1. Users will also get access to nationwide roaming, making it one of the most affordable entry-level packs currently available. However, do note that the customers must purchase a new BSNL SIM card between August 1 and August 31, with the recharge amount fixed at Rs 1, to avail these benefits.
