Both the Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE come with impressive camera capabilities along with flagship-grade performance with the Snapdragon 8 series processor. The company has also introduced the extended camera kit for those who love to take photos on the go. Adding on, both devices come with a host of AI features and the best in the segment durability. The Vivo X300 Ultra comes with a 6.82-inch AMOLED 2K panel with a 144Hz refresh rate that supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, Netflix HDR and HDR Vivid. Under the hood, the device features a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor along with Adreno 840 GPU, which is paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra Pro RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The device is backed by a 6,600 mAh battery and supports 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. The device runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

For the camera, the device runs on a triple rear camera system including a 200MP main sensor, Sony LYTIA 901 with OIS. It also offers a 50MP wide-angle camera using the LYT818 sensor and a second 200MP telephoto camera with OIS. Apertures are f/1.85 on the main, f/2.0 on the wide-angle, and f/2.67 on the telephoto. On the front, a 50MP autofocus selfie camera handles portraits and video calls. The camera supports an extensive list of modes, including Underwater Photography, Spatial Camera, Street Photography, and Slo-mo, alongside the standard Portrait, Pro, Pano, and Time-lapse options.

It also gets a range of on-device AI tools, including AI Erase, AI Portrait enhancement, AI video stabilisation, and scene-aware camera optimisation across all three rear sensors.

Vivo X300 FE specifications

The Vivo X300 FE comes with a 6.31-inch AMOLED panel with a 2640 x 1216 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate that supports HDR10+ and Netflix HDR. Under the hood, the device features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor along with the Adreno 829 GPU, paired with 12GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The device is backed by a 6,500 mAh battery and supports 90W wired FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging. The device runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

For cameras, the vivo X300 FE runs a triple rear camera system including a 50MP main sensor, the Sony IMX921, with OIS and an f/1.57 aperture. It also offers a 50MP telephoto camera using the Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS at f/2.65, and an 8MP fixed-focus wide-angle camera using the OmniVision OV08F10 sensor at f/2.2. On the front, a 50MP autofocus selfie camera sits behind an f/2.0 aperture. The camera supports modes including Portrait, Street Photography, Slo-mo, Time-lapse, Stage, Pro, High Resolution, Ultra HD Document, and Pano.

It also gets a range of on-device AI tools, including AI Erase for removing unwanted objects, AI portrait enhancement, scene-aware camera processing, and AI-driven framing assistance in Street Photography mode.

Vivo X300 Ultra price in India and offers

The Vivo X300 Ultra is priced at Rs 1,59,999 for the base variant with 16GB and 512GB variants. The device will be available on e-commerce platforms, Vivo e-store, retail shops and select places starting May. The device will be available in Eclipse Black and Victory Green colours.

Vivo X300 FE price in India and offers

The Vivo X300 FE is priced at Rs 79,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, while the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant is priced at Rs 89,999. The device will be available starting May and will be available across the channels mentioned above. It will be available in three colours- Urban Olive, Lilac Purple and Noir Black.
