While the company has been tight-lipped about the device leaks, rumours have already started painting a clearer picture of what to expect. According to reports, the Vivo V80 could arrive with a massive 7,200 mAh battery, paired with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and a triple rear camera setup. While Vivo has not officially revealed the prices of the upcoming Vivo V80, tipster Abhishek Yadav recently shared a post on his official X account claiming that the smartphone could be priced at Rs 63,000 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB variant could cost Rs 70,000 and the high-end 8GB + 512GB variant may land for Rs 80,000.

Vivo V80: Launch date (Confirmed)
Vivo V80 is all set to make its debut in the Indian market on October 6. The device will be available at Vivo’s official stores, e-commerce platforms, and online and offline retail outlets.
Vivo V80: Specs (Expected)
Vivo V80 is tipped to launch with a 6.59-inch OLED panel with a 144 Hz refresh rate. The display is also said to support 1.5K resolution and reach a peak brightness of 5,000 nits when used outdoors. The handset may also house a 7,200 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. Out of the box the Vivo V80 might run on OriginOS 7, an Android 17-based skin.
According to the leaks and rumours, the smartphone may run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. It’s also expected to get paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

Talking about the camera, the handset is said to feature a Zeiss-tuned triple rear camera system at the back which may include a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom and an 8MP ultrawide camera. It’s also said to come with a 50MP selfie camera. Vivo has also previously confirmed that the device will land in three colour variants including Sunrise Anthem, Horizon Blue and Stellar Black.
