Samsung Galaxy A27 specs and design leaked after product page goes live by mistake
Samsung accidentally published the Galaxy A27's product page on its Czech website
The phone upgrades to a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip and a punch-hole notch cutout
The 128 GB model is expected to be priced at around EUR 349 and the 256 GB model at approximately EUR 439
Samsung has inadvertently revealed the Galaxy A27 in full after its Czech website published the phone’s product page ahead of schedule. The page has since been taken down, but not before the design, specifications and colour options were captured. Based on what appeared, the Galaxy A27 is a mixed update over the Galaxy A26, bringing a chipset upgrade and a more modern display cutout while quietly downgrading several camera and durability specifications.
SurveySamsung Galaxy A27 specifications
The Galaxy A27 uses a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It moves to a punch-hole cutout which is a step up from the teardrop notch on the A26. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers are also confirmed. The phone is 7.7 mm thick, measures 164 mm x 77.5 mm and will be available in Black, Blue, Light Green and Pink.
The chipset is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, replacing the Exynos 1280 or 1380 in the previous generation. The phone comes with 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and either 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage, with expansion available via a hybrid microSD card slot.

The rear camera system consists of a 50 MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, a 5 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP macro. The front camera is 12 MP. Both the primary rear and front cameras support 4K video at 30 fps. It is worth noting that the ultrawide drops from 8 MP on the A26 to 5 MP, and the selfie camera goes from 13 MP to 12 MP.
The battery is a 5,000 mAh unit with 25W wired fast charging, unchanged from the A26. The phone runs Android 16 with One UI 8.5 and is promised six generations of Android OS updates and six years of security patches.
One significant downgrade to flag: the Galaxy A27 carries an IP64 ingress protection rating, which covers dust resistance and protection against water splashes. The Galaxy A26 was rated IP67, meaning it could be submerged in up to one metre of water for 30 minutes. The step down is a cutback in durability for what is positioned as a budget-friendly device.
