Karbonn has launched a new budget Android smartphone called the Karbonn Titanium Mach One. Priced at Rs. 6990, the new Karbonn smartphone is exclusively available via Snapdeal.
The Karbonn Titanium Mach One has a 4.7-inch 720p IPS display. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and is powered by 1.3GHz Quad core processor and MALI 400 MP2 graphic processor along with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 8MP rear camera with BSI sensors and 5MP front camera with LED flash.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM, EDGE, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS. It is powered by an 1800 mAh battery. The smartphone is available in three colours – white, black and blue.
The Karbonn Titanium Mach One competes with a range of budget Android smartphones in the market including Android One phones, Iris Alfa, Xolo One, Moto E, Asus Zenefone, Redmi 1s and Lenovo S660 and A6000 LTE.
Karbonn is expected to launch its second gen Android One phone in the first quarter of this year. "Expect [a] new Android One smartphone in 2015 first quarter. We have had an excellent response on Android One devices. We believe that Android One will mature over time. Our partnership for Android One is going to be long term,” Executive Director of Karbonn Mobiles, Shashin Devsare, recently said.
