Google announces upto Rs 10,000 cashback, No-cost EMI on Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL. Here’s how to avail
HIGHLIGHTS

The cashback and No-cost EMI offers on the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be available starting February 12 and will be valid till the end of the month.

Google has announced that the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, last year’s flagship smartphones from the Mountain View-based tech giant, will be available at a ‘best buy’ offer of Rs 49,999 and Rs 61,999 respectively. There’s no reason for Google to call these ‘best buy’ prices because the two phones are already priced the same on the Amazon India platform.

However, there is a silver lining. Google is offering upto Rs 10,000 cashback on both the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL in partnership with Citibank. There are no further details available and it’s not clear if the cashback will be offered only on Citibank credit cards or will be valid for debit cards as well. Further, a No-cost EMI of upto 12 months will also be offered by select banks on the purchase of the two smartphones. The cashback and No-cost EMI offers on the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will be available starting February 12 and will be valid till the end of the month.

The Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL feature 5-inch OLED and 6-inch pOLED displays respectively. The smartphones offer fast and fluid performance with the Snapdragon 835 platform and house 4GB RAM each. The phones are available in 64GB/128GB internal storage options.

On the camera front, the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL feature a single 12MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilisation, dual-pixel autofocus, dual-LED flash and come with an 8MP front-facing camera. The Pixel 2 series of phones probably have the best cameras in the flagship smartphone league right now.

Both the 2017 Pixel phones received price cuts back in December and the Google recently updated the Pixels’ Visual Core, allowing users to capture HDR+ images from Instagram, Snapchat and WhatsApp.
