Beetel launches GD 777 touchscreen phone for Rs 5,499

Beetel Teletech, a Bharti Enterprise group company, has launched a new touchscreen mobile phone called GD 777. Priced at Rs. 5,499, the new Beetel GD 777 features a 3.5-inch full touchscreen and 5MP camera. The Beetel GD 777 comes pre-loaded with a messenger service, 3D games and can also be used as a webcam. The device also has social apps such as Facebook and Ibibo. The GD 777 supports expandable memory up to 16 GB. The device also supports Java, GPRS, WAP and EDGE for connectivity.

The GD777 is second touch screen phone from Beetel Teletech after the GD-470, a 2.8-inch full touch dual-SIM mobile phone and priced at Rs. 3,300. Beetel, a popular brand in landlline phone segment, recently entered tablet market with Magiq. The tablet was soon followed by Magiq II and Magiq Glide.
