The Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max, along with iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air and iPhone 17 Pro, will likely to be launched on September 8 or September 9, with the sale starting around September 19. Though this is just a speculation, official dates are yet to be announced.

According to the social media post shared on X, the device could come in five different colours, including shades of Black, White, Grey, Dark Blue, and Orange. In terms of design, the handset is tipped to measure 8.7mm in thickness. It could sport a bigger rectangular camera island housing the familiar triangular camera setup, with the flash and LiDAR sensor placed on the right side of the camera island.
Additionally, it is also said to get an aluminium frame, ditching the titanium frame, and may also house a vapour cooling chamber.

In terms of hardware, the device could feature a 6.9-inch OLED panel with a variable 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to come equipped with the latest A19 Pro chipset paired with a 12GB RAM and Apple Intelligence features. The handset is also tipped to get a bigger battery, possibly a 5,000 mAh one and 50W MagSafe charging.
As for the camera, the smartphone will likely ship with a 48MP primary, 48MP telephoto, and 48MP ultrawide sensor. On the front, it may house a 24MP selfie shooter.

This year, Apple may hike the prices. As per the leaks, the iPhone 17 Pro Max could be priced at around Rs 1,64,999 in India. However, it is not confirmed.
