Apple iPhone 17 Pro has become a hot topic for the tech industry after multiple leaks have surfaced online. In the latest update, the iPhone 17 Pro camera details have been tipped, just a few weeks ahead of launch. According to the tipster citing the industry sources, the iPhone 17 Pro will get a redesigned camera setup with a few changes in the camera sensors, too.
SurveyAccording to FrontPageTech’s Jon Prosser, the iPhone 17 Pro camera setup will look different. The device will have a rectangular camera island, making it look different. As per the reports, with this change, the company will be able to accommodate a larger telephoto lens that is capable of 8x optical zoom.
He further added that the larger gap between the triangular camera layout and the LiDAR sensor may allow the company to improve the overall camera performance. MacRumors previously reported that Apple may introduce a 48MP telephoto lens.

The leaks also suggested that the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max could bring a new Pro Camera app, which may offer more control over photos and videos. However, it remains undisclosed whether it will be a new app or an update to the existing Final Cut Camera app.
Other leaks also suggest that the iPhone 17 Pro will have a 48MP main camera, 48MP ultrawide, and 48MP telephoto lens. On the front, the iPhone 17 Pro could get a 24MP selfie. It must be noted that these are not the confirmed details, and we may have to wait for the iPhone 17 series launch to know more.
For the unversed, the iPhone 17 series is expected to launch on September 8, according to multiple reports. All the devices, including the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max, are expected to go on sale on September 19 globally, the reports added.
