HIGHLIGHTS
Apple has finally rolled out its first set of Apple Intelligence (AI) features through the iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1 updates. These updates bring AI capabilities to iPhones, iPads, and Macs, following Apple’s announcement at WWDC in June.
Apple Intelligence offers new tools designed to improve user experience across Apple devices. The AI-powered features include upgraded Siri, writing assistance tools, notification summaries, email management, and photo clean-up capabilities.
According to Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook, these features build on years of AI and machine learning innovation. The goal is to provide users with a personal intelligence system that is easy to use while maintaining a strong focus on privacy.

Not all iPhones will support Apple Intelligence. The features are only available for iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the entire iPhone 16 series. If you have one of these models, you can access the new AI tools through the iOS 18.1 update.
It’s important to note that you will still have to change your location to US to use Apple Intelligence in India. It will come to India in April 2025.
