The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has issued a warning about serious security problems in Android phones. According to reports, the vulnerabilities can grant hackers access to private information on your phone. They might also make your device cease to work properly, which is known as a denial of service attack. Whether users have Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, or any other brand using Google’s Android, they are all at risk. These issues do not pertain to one model or one company, and thus, everybody needs to take action. According to experts, updating your phone with the latest security patches is the best way to stay safe.

The security issues pertain to many versions of Android, notably Android 13, Android 14, Android 15, and Android 16.
