Apple has recently wrapped up its September event, where the Cupertino-based tech giant unveiled its latest hardware, including the flagship iPhone 18 Pro series, Apple Watch Ultra 4 and Series 12, AirPods 5 and the company’s first foldable device, the iPhone Duo. However, the company could have another busy month ahead as several long-awaited devices are rumoured to arrive in October. The expected lineup includes a redesigned MacBook Pro with a touchscreen, a new Apple TV 4K, and a smart home device often called the HomePad. Here is everything we know so far about the upcoming devices and their launch timeline.
SurveyMacBook Pro
Apple is reportedly gearing up to redesign its MacBook Pro, which, according to some reports, could be launched under the name MacBook Ultra. If the rumours are to be trusted, then this would be the first visual change in five years. The tech giant could bring back the touchscreen on the Pro model, ending their decision to keep touch controls away from the Mac. Reports also point out that the device could come with an OLED display along with a Dynamic Island-style feature. Furthermore, it may pack a C2 cellular modem option.

Apple TV 4K
The Apple TV 4K could also get an update. The current model was released in 2022, and Apple has not released a new model since then. According to current leaks, the next version could use an A19 or A19 Pro chip and add new Siri AI features.
Apple HomePod
A new HomePod with a smart display has also been on cards for a while now. While the tech giant has been tight-lipped about the device rumours, it points out that the upcoming device could combine a screen with a built-in speaker. Not only that, but it’s also expected to support a new operating system inspired by iOS, tvOS, and watchOS. Siri AI is also expected to play an important role. A camera and customisable widgets could make the device more useful. Apps like Photos, Notes, Music, and Calendar are also expected, helping make the device part of Apple’s smart home plans.
New products: Launch timeline (Expected)
Apple has not yet officially announced the launch date for any of the above-mentioned products, but if the company follows its usual timeline, then they can land in October. Keep in mind that the MacBook Pro, Apple TV 4K, and HomePad could arrive at different times, or some may be delayed.
