Steam Winter Sale 2025 brings massive discounts on your favourite games
Valve has officially kicked off the Steam Winter Sale 2025, bringing huge discounts to your favourite games. Some of the early spotlight titles include Steam Winter Sale 2025 begins: Battlefield 6, Arc Raiders, Ghost of Tsushima, Cyberpunk 2077, Diablo IV, RimWorld, Dispatch, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. It is a mix of recent hits and long-standing favourites, making the sale appealing whether you are chasing something new or finally picking up a game you skipped earlier in the year.
The Steam front page has also received a noticeable refresh for the sale period. Players will see rotating highlights featuring different games, genres, and curated charts each day, helping surface titles that might otherwise get buried. While the featured games change daily, the discounts themselves remain fixed throughout the sale, so there is no need to wait for better deals later.
Till when is the sale on?
The Steam Winter Sale runs until January 5, 2026, 11:30 PM (IST). So, be sure to grab your favourite titles before the discount disappears.
In addition to this, one of the most popular sections of the Winter Sale has also made a return. The Deep Discounts tab is packed with steep price cuts in the 90 to 95 percent range. Titles like LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Detroit: Become Human, Slay the Spire and Witcher 3 Wild Hunt are all heavily discounted, making it an easy place to stock up on games without spending much.
Alongside the sale, the final round of voting for the 2025 Steam Awards is now live. Players can vote for winners from a shortlist of previously nominated games, adding a community-driven element to the end-of-year celebrations.
