PUBG Mobile has essentially taken the gaming world by storm and has single-handedly changed the way we look at games in India. The amount of people playing PUBG is insane. So, to keep the title fresh and on users’ minds and hearts, these was an update released on August 14 that adds new patches, a Zombie mode, plus a brand-new map for players to explore and play in. Although the servers went down for maintenance reasons to prepare for the patch, we think that the update should be around 1.95Gb on Android and 2.55GB on iOS. The updated went line on August 14, 2019.

As mentioned, the PUBG Mobile 0.14.0 update will add a new Infection mode to the game, along with a new map. At the beginning of a game, players are randomly divided into zombies and defenders. While defenders can play as standard characters that can use firearms, players who turn into zombies can only use melee attacks but have some abilities that can be used after cooldown. This is an asymmetric PVP mode, where zombies can be revived after being downed by Defenders. However, Defenders that are killed by zombies will be turned into a zombie. zombies win if all the Defenders are infected but if one Defender survives, then the Defenders win.

In addition to the new Infection mode, the size of the Android installation package will be reduced and a Resource Expansion Pack will be added as well. This new expansion pack will feature some rarely used equipment and resources that are shown with a placeholder icon unless the Pack is downloaded. We also have the PUBG Mobile 0.14.0 patch notes below:
